Arranging Order project managed the design, renovation and decoration of this home from 1882; located in downtown Chicago, in the River North neighborhood.

There were numerous challenges to this project. Aside from needing to make repairs, we needed to maximize storage, create a look that was consistent with the overall home and stay within a smaller budget. In six (6) weeks, we took the project from conception to completion with the help of Len Home Services.
